Work smart not hard, try to recycle where you can! Since you are new: If you've never added anything to the generator before, make a back-up copy of the generator folder before you add anything or change anything.Maybe you don’t need the full set converted anyways because the characters are not fighting or faceless backdrop NPCs? And even for full sets, maybe you don’t use all weapon slots? Each frame not converted is time saved. For each type of resource there are things that are easier and things that are more difficult. ![]() See which SV version works best for you, the quicker option can save you a lot of time on a piece, but if you need to convert two other complicated pieces to make your full character work, it could be more difficult in the end.Tested MV DLCs: Add-on Vol. I finally have access to all DLC packs and have compiled a list of problems when importing them, as well as what to do to resolve them. This needs by far less skill and time though NOTE: first section of this post is specifically for RPG Maker MV and MV-compatible generator DLCs.The more characters you want with this clothing, the more the actual conversion makes sense: manually recoloring the clothing to match with the generator made sprite can also be kind of annoying.How are you going to use the parts you want to use in MZ? For clothing it could be easier to convert the MV base a little and then adjust the hair to go with it and then use the generator for face, TV, TVD and the color reference. ![]()
